QRIS to ecConnect Sync
The Quality Rating Improvement System is built in a Salesforce database and receives information from the legacy TRAILS system regarding licensed childcare sites. QRIS is set to sync with ecConnect, built in Sugar, every night at midnight on Monday-Thursday.
In general, records will be updated by the next business day. Every now and then it will take two business days.
On our wishlist is the ability to edit QIP goals directly in ecConnect, however at this point those goals need to be created and edited within Colorado Shines.
