To further facilitate collaboration and communication between Coaches and Navigators (if your Council employs both) updates were made were to add the Communications Navigators are doing in Sugar to the Coaching Dashboard in ecConnect.
When a Navigator logs communications in Sugar it will now show up in the Coaching Dashboard in ecConnect as well. To see these Communications Coaching will need to:
- Log into ecConnect
- Go to their Coaching dashboard
- Click on the Site Profile for the Site they wish to see communication for
They will then be able to see the Communications below the Program information:
Please note: Only communications logged by the Navigator in Sugar will show in the communications Fields in ecConnect. If no communications have been logged for this Site in Sugar the Coach will not see any Communications in the Site Profile.
